- Toss tofu in mixture of soy sauce, oil, cumin, paprika and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes, stirring half way through.

- Add all bbq sauce ingredients is a medium bowl and whisk until combined.

Coleslaw
- Add all coleslaw ingredients to a large bowl and mix until combined.
