- Vegan sugar (I use Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Fair Trade Sugar)
- Cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- Cherries (fresh or frozen)
- Zest of one orange
How to Make This Recipe
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine vegan sugar and water, stirring until sugar dissolves.

- Add cranberries and cherries and let simmer on medium low heat, stirring occasionally, until the fruit bursts and mixture is thickened, about 15 minutes. Stir in orange zest.

- Remove from heat and let cool completely. (It will thicken up more as it cools).
